I've seen Kunchala for years, love her! After Prime took over, it's been nothing but issues, even before she left, it was hard to get a hold of the office. Now that she's gone, I've been trying to figure out who is there & refilled some of my meds & others have been denied. Meds that I have been on for years, I have tried calling for over a week now to speak to anyone in the office, even Walgreens pharmacy has tried. What is going on?! With Dr Kunchala gone, it seems patients have become just a number. All compassion is gone. Don’t waste your time with this office if you need a doctor and staff who actually care about you, the patient.
Dr. Kunchala and her staff (Adriana and Shanika) are the best. They are always so friendly and caring to each of their patients. I have never felt rushed or diminished in the concerns regarding my health. They always listen with a pleasant atmosphere. My only note would be that I wish they didn't have to be at the back of the building. I'm always lost when trying to Google their office location. Lol
Love this office. Dr. Kunchala takes her time with you and listens to you. Never rushed. Shanika is the best!! Very kind and considerate. The office staff is A+++
