The staff is very kind and inviting, however when it comes to getting your meds good luck... called in asking why my meds werent ready for me ro pick up at the pharmacy wad told someone was going to call the insurance to get it approved and id hear back in a week. Roughly 2 weeks later i call asking again whats going on. Im told that someone will call me and talk to me about it. Roughly 2 hours later said person calls and tells me i need to call my insurance and figure out why they are denying prescription...

I am writing this review based on the disorganization, miscommunications, and overall frustration that I have felt with this doctors office. I hope that this review gives other people pause before deciding to come to this office. Refilling medications here is a nightmare. For the past several months, every time I need a medication refill, the office and my doctor have not called it into my pharmacy until at least a week later. Was having lots of pain, my amita location couldn’t get me in so they book me for this location on Friday at 3pm. That was Tuesday, this place calls on Friday morning canceling the appointment. They could’ve told me Wednesday morning for me to find a different location. Bad service. Would never come to this location.
