Prime bought out my doctor's office from Ascension. There was no lab when I went for my annual routine checkup. So I have to go somewhere else for the lab work totally inconvenient. On top of that I filled out an e check in form online but then was given a ton of paperwork to fill with pages of lawyeresque verbage once I got to the office. If it wasn't for my awesome doc, Dr Sikorski I'd go elsewhere
