It truly saddens me seeing all these negative reviews about this office. I have been going here since dr Michelle willis(who was outstanding) and when dr Tanya took over I had some reservations but ultimately her genuine compassion for patient care kept me coming back. Although there was never any real results for what was going on with me I could just pour my heart out to her and we would figure something out. I was a patient of Dr Haq. He went somewhere else. The transition was an absolute joke. I ended up having to go to the emergency room a month ago to get blood pressure medication because nobody at this office wants to do refills. They still had a voicemail for my dr. But nobody responds. I tried to call yesterday, supposed to be the last day allowed refills, and they just abandoned me on hold for 10 minutes. It doesn't matter now because I'm out of here too. On time, everyone very friendly, clean, and very attentive to needs/requests.
I've been going to Dr. Haq for years & he is the only good thing about this place. Their receptionist admitted they do not check voicemails and the nurses will give you false information even if you didn't ask them a question. I requested a different nurse because the one they assigned to me had made me feel unsafe on multiple occasions but Dr. Tanya told me I had no other options.
