I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the front desk at Ascension Medical Group in Des Plaines. I've tried calling multiple times to make appointments, only to have the phone ring endlessly, or worse, be picked up and immediately hung up. When it does go to voicemail, it's full, so I can't even leave a message. I even tried booking an appointment online, and when I showed up, the staff seemed surprised and told me the doctor had already left for the day.
