If I could leave 0 stars I would. Since Thomas left, this establishment has gone way down hill. Noone answer the phone, will get sent to voicemail. Will not return call. Called Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday early in the day, nothing back. I have been seeing Thomas for 15 years and have NEVER had issues with getting in touch for prescriptions that are important.
The staff is terrible. Rude and completely try to avoid your concerns by either trying to push it off on someone else or by acting as though know nothing about the issue. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message your call is not returned. It's too bad because I do like Dr. Moparthi.
Terrible terrible service, never answers the phone or never responds to voicemails. Lazy.
Update: they contacted me about their review, examined the issues and made things right. The doctors are great, the issue was communication by staff, and that has been resolved. That's back when it was Amita Healthcare, let's hope Prime continues to provide the same quality of healthcare.
