Worst doctors office in the city of Chicago. They make it impossible to pay bills or copays. You cannot pay your copay online, they rarely let you pay in person, and you have to wait on hold for 3 hours to pay over the phone. We tried to go to the office and pay in person and they sent us away with a serious amount of attitude. I also went in with what ended up being a broken leg, they sent me for X-Rays. EDIT OCT 2, 2025 — messaged my PCP, Rena Ali, on the portal only to get an automated response that this location has permanently closed as of Sept 17th, and Rena is no longer with Ascension. I wasn’t notified about my PCP leaving the medical group or the fact that this practice was closing all together. Also - it still says open on Google and says they’re expecting new patients? My husband went to get his annual exam done- something happened where the bloodwork went under a different code or something of the like… We ended having to pay out of pocket, because no one answered our questions. He had been here before a year prior, got the same blood work done and our insurance covered it. Called the office, called the lab, called our insurance and no answers. Disappointed. He won’t be coming back here.

Doctors and nurses and competent and great. Paying bills is a huge pain I cannot pay on MyChart and it is seemingly impossible for the provider to give me any number to pay this bill to avoid a late fee. Unacceptable

Set up an appointment as a new patient. Showed up to said appointment just to find out it was canceled with absolutely no notice. The doctor was not accepting new patients so I’m confused as to why they even scheduled a new visit? Terrible front desk ladies with attitudes. Do not recommend.
