i am so baffled by this place. i was recommended this location after my original doctor (Rosen) announced he was leaving his practice. i requested an appointment for a yearly physical, and while the original appointment was fine (although it's still very unclear if I was ever assigned a new PCP?) they said they couldn't do bloodwork because they didn't have anyone on staff who could draw it that day. i had to schedule a separate appointment for bloodwork, and that whole situation was bizarre. the person who drew blood missed... read more
I’ve called every day for almost three weeks and left several voicemails and it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone. I was supposed to get the results from labs weeks ago and I still don’t know if I’m sick. This is crazy, don’t ever come here for care
It’s literally impossible to get anyone on the phone T this place. What’s the point of having a phone number if no one ever answers? I only have this issue with this location. I urgently need a second dose of my vaccine and this is absolutely ridiculous.
It took 3 visits just to get some bloodwork back and establish care. Dr. Munir was 30 minutes late to my last appointment because she wasn't even at the office yet and didn't apologize. Why are you allowing your patients to schedule early appointments if your providers don't stick to the schedule? If they have an early appointment, your doctors should be coming in early or requesting to reschedule the appointment.
