They don't answer phones, they don't return phone calls, you can't get in for appointments. I'm still waiting for a call back from 3 weeks ago.
Doctors are good enough. Unacceptable amount of time to check in. Expect a half hour wait just to check in. It doesn't take 15 minutes per person to ask 5 questions.
I broke my leg and had surgery on it. I was ordered home health PT while in the hospital. I had 2 visits and then here was some sort of mess up and it was cancelled. Told I needed to get another referral my PCP. I have been trying since Aug 26 to do that, and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I know someone who works in the office and was able to contact her on her cell and she was able to get me a telehealth visit with my provider who was going to the fax the referral to my benefits people. My primary doctor, Dr. Goodman is out of the office indefinitely and I was told to go to ER with my symptoms. They found and treated what is wrong and told me to seek follow up care with a GI doctor. I need a referral for that and the best they could do is have me see a NP over 2 weeks from now just for the referral???? That does not make sense and is a horrible way to treat a sick elderly!
