My primary doctor, Dr. Goodman is out of the office indefinitely and I was told to go to ER with my symptoms. They found and treated what is wrong and told me to seek follow up care with a GI doctor. I need a referral for that and the best they could do is have me see a NP over 2 weeks from now just for the referral???? That does not make sense and is a horrible way to treat a sick elderly!
