We saw Dr. Jessica Edison. She's been our Developmental Pediatrician for the last several years. She's very sweet but overbooked. Appointment dates are always going to be far out, but she is very responsive if you have a question in between. I feel like she rushes through appointments and I can't be thorough in providing information like I can with our Primary care doctor at Elmhurst Memorial, so I end up forgetting some of the questions I had planned for her during our appointments. It was a telehealth visit. Due to Doctor Edison not having any openings. We had the visit and she was laying down on her bed! Which was extremely unprofessional for a doctor being on her bed laying down. She mentions she was sick but you can still sit at your desk!

If I could give negative stars I would. First, they never give a sick visit appointment- always a struggle, the recommendation is to take kids to urgent care or emergency. Or you have to call at 9 am just to hear that at 9:05 am the appointments are filled already. They cancelled the sick visit appointment for my son for being 10 mins late - while we were there already. Ruthless and no regards to patients.
