They should get their phones checked. They must not be able to call out. I don’t know another reason they wouldn’t call someone back when they say they’ll call back. Multiple times. *eyeroll*

You call to make an appt and youre on hold for 10 minutes or better.. You cant ever get an appt but weeks out.. They say they except walk.ins but when you go as a walk.in you get the 3rd degree about how appts should be made.. I have a migraine from hell and of course ill be going to an after hours, before im buckled over, to save the lecture about "appts are important".. Staff isnt all that friendly.. We’ve been coming here for 10 plus years. Dr. Schaaf is fantastic. He takes care of all of us very well. Always asks good questions and really works to understand the problem and offers helpful solutions that often times are more natural than medicinal unless they need to be. We feel well cared for by him and his staff.
