I have never experienced such incompetence from the medical staff. I saw Dr Beasley for years and had amazing care every time. She worked with me and actually cared about me as a patient. The only person who cared enough to take care of me was the intern. Janine O’Neil couldn’t be bothered to ask questions and stared at me blankly, with glassy eyes and slurred speech while I directed my own care. I have seen 2 doctors from here. Dr Kenneson and Dr. Nagappala and both were great! My father sees Dr. Barry and said he is great also BUT this review is for how terrible the communication and customer service is. In the last 3 years and over 10 phone calls you can NEVER speak to someone directly. You ALWAYS have to leave a voicemail and play phone tag. Would it hurt to hire just 1 more receptionist in the office?
Dr.Martin Dukaj is just not a great doctor he was like talking to a friend and I would recommend him to anyone!
My bad review is for the office staff, not my doctor. Dr. Barry and his assistant are easily worth 10 stars each. He is the best doctor that I have ever had. When I came to him, for the first time in my life, I felt seen, and I felt heard and I didn't just feel like a faceless and nameless number. Dr. Barry is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and humble. He's the ONLY reason I'm still with this medical group. My problems with the office staff because they don't answer the phone and will hang up in your face.... read more
