After surgery was left two hours without anyone coming in and checking. Wasn’t offered anything to drink. None of the people we saw had name tags. We’re sent home before the doctor came in to see me. When you’re arrived at Hospital, there’s no one to direct you to where you go. You have to go to a phone and then wait till somebody comes out even had to ask to have the IV removed.
I was treated with respect. Dr. Po always listens to any concerns I have about my health and chooses the best treatment plan for me.
