I've been a patient here for roughly 5 years now. I began with the PA, Jessica Ruff, who was really good, but I still felt things could have been better. She then left for another facility and I was assigned the S. Phala, who I saw 3 times and dont think he was in the room with me 5 minutes combined in all 3 visits. Then the last one, he was giving me an antibiotic and i noticed at the front desk that it was something I was allergic to. Dr. Brittany Phala always takes the time you need. She answers questions in a way you can understand and is never condescending. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her with my medical needs.
I came into my appointment that I made 4 months ago. I was told that I would have to reschedule because they’re not accepting new patients right now and it would be another 4-6 months wait.
