I had a horrible experience with this office and I would not recommend the office to anyone, especially given the long wait for new patient appointments. I scheduled a preventative visit/annual physical as a new patient. On the day of the visit, I signed the paperwork confirming it was a preventative visit as opposed to an ill-patient visit.
