Front desk ladies were extremely rude. I called to schedule an appointment, and she raised her tone and had an attitude. I also heard people in the back round cosigning and talking badly about other patients. Very unprofessional!!!
My name is Joyce E. Banks - I came for results of the test and the shots I had on both of my legs especially the one that I had surgery on my hips. I went back to check on my leg today on February 18, 2025 and received another shot on both legs and I hope I don't need another surgery. I been during exercise and workout on them!! Dr. Klein is good and understanding.
Everybody is so nice and polite. And Dr Klein is great.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The doc was knowledgeable and explained the current care and future. I enjoyed my experience today.
