My Mom was there for about a month paid by Medicare. They sent her to the hospital, she was readmitted and they asked for a pretty big check. She died 2 days later, and getting 9 grand back is a problem, and I am treated as impatient. Very uncaring administration. The regular staff was caring and very kind. Dana is not. She hung up on me for not cowing to her. She should be discharged from employment. Definitely went downhill. Has bed bugs and no elderly people should have to deal with bugs. absolutely disgusting. do better!!
They took great care of my mom and made sure we understood what her day would be like. I definitely recommend this place.
