I got here at 8:30 am to visit and sit with a loved one. The CNA was sitting there on her phone. Not helping her eat her breakfast, and I told her I would feed her. I'm looking at her, she had all kinds of food in her blankets, and clothes. She had not been bathed, I asked and the CNA said she would check She came back and said "she's on my list to get bathed today". We'll, she got there Friday 8/1 and it's now 8/5 without being bathed!! Room was filthy nasty, I asked for a broom so I could at least sweep and the nurse said ... read more
My experience at the village was wonderful and everyone was very kind and helpful if ever have to do this again I want to return here
