Shea and others are so AWESOME. Very compassionate on Rehab side. Notary on staff. Chapel Room VERY CLEAN NO bad smells Great parking. Clean parking area.
The se and floor staff is not good especially the day time staff. They were super rough with my mother and pulled her pants up so hard that it hurt her between her legs. They take for ever to come when the nurse button is pushed and forever to get meds when she was in pain.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Providence Village . From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was a place where compassion, professionalism, and true care are at the heart of everything they do.
