If I could give them -10, stars I would. I required assistance to get from my vehicle into their building for an epidural procedure. I was told to ask I called on Monday morning, and I was told by Amy that they would be able to come and accommodate me with a wheelchair. All of the staff were incredibly kind, caring, and gentle. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a medical facility. This was actually my fourth surgery within the last year, so I truly appreciate the warmth, compassion, and professionalism shown by every member of the team. I have the BEST PCP in town!!! My PCP is better than yours!!!!! Dr. Sean Cassleman hands down the most caring, attentive , personable person you'd every meet!!!! His staff is GREAT!!! THE LADIES KEEP THAT FROM OFFICE RUNNING AT IT'S OPTIMAL!!! I was searching for a New PCP when I found Dr. Casselman and Thank God I did. I'll say it again... MY PCP IS BETTER THAN YOURS!!!!
