I had a horrible receptionist. She called me up and then was turned from me while she talked about shoes to her other colleagues. There were many more complaints I could share from this one visit but I think this says a lot.
They are so great. I am so happy to be treated by them. They always take good care of me
Todays surgery prep was the nurse was amazing. It was waking up from anaesthesia, which was my horrible experience. I have had anesthesia 7 times in 50 years. This was my 8th today. Each time, they have always said I take a little longer than most to wake up. Today, as the nurse was trying to wake up, I could hear her but wasn't ready yet and was still really under. My husband even knew it would probably be another hour. She was pressing very hard on my keloid scar that I am currently getting treatment for so I could feel it... read more
The lab is now run by Labcorp. Ridiculous wait times and unhelpful staff. Came in to pick up a CONTAINER and was told to wait with everyone else. Old lab would’ve just handed me a jug and sent me on my way. Nobody answers the phone. Terrible.
