Sasha from image management was extremely unprofessional, rude and does not belong in her job. I hope someone from management sees this message so I can make a formal complaint. Not only did she hang up on me after over talking me numerous of times, when I asked to speak with supervisor she refused to put her/him on the phone or give me their name. She’s the second person I’ve encountered there with the worst attitude.
