Front desk is absolutely miserable, every visit they are so mean, having to ask them to fax things over several times for them to get mad and than realize they had the wrong number. They also go over information they shouldn't be in front of other patients, such as what tests I have gotten done and why, what medication I am on and what side effects caused me to get off the medication, I also heard them diagnosing another patient with Alzheimer's... This place does not exist. The phone number listed comes back to someone who says it is a different business. And the hospital main number says this place does not exist in the hospital (the address listed) and the phone number in the internal database for neurology is this same wrong phone number. Genesys sucks. I am going to a non-Genesys neurologist. I'm done with this runaround.
