They only offer classes. The classes are great.
Truly the friendliest most helpful people ever. I’m at the beginning of a journey to improve my health and fitness...I’m an older mom of two children and finding time (and energy) to exercise has been hard. I was intimidated at first but as each work out goes by, the more excited I am to come back. Every staff member has been so encouraging and supportive!!
Definitely the place to be if you want to workout without the crowded gym atmosphere. I enjoyed my visit and definitely will be back on a regular basis very clean and friendly staff which is important when compared to other places...
I've been a member of this gym for years, it offers a great environment and classes for beginners to advanced. In addition, there's never a wait on any equipment or weights, easy to get in and out.
