Great atmosphere, clean, and new equipment. Considering myself a novice and not being a gym member for a long time, this has been a great experience. I am learning a lot more about training and my body then I have ever gotten out of other gyms in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Ascension Fitness if you are experienced in training or just getting started and want more personable experience.
