No food, not even a vending machine for the quick turning hungry pilots with no time.
I visit KRYY frequently and I aways receive accurate and friendly service from the staff at Ascension.
The most unresponsive, rude, and inept ramp culture in the country. There is no pride, focus on customer, or professional process. The constant complaining by staff , TO PASSENGERS & CREW, indicate an epic lack of leadership. Too bad, it used to be a jam up team 2 years ago.
Needs new furniture but other than that very nice.
