Both my Husband and I remain grateful for many years of kind, genuine professional care of Dr. Maria Mendoza Lemes and her support Staff.
We will not be patients of this clinic anymore. I have never seen such bad treatment and customer service from a medical assistant in my life. Now, I would like to say, the doctors and nurses are just fine, however, the receptionist and certain medical assistants are horrible. We went in last minute to get needed vaccinations, and got told repeatedly over the phone "You will be called back soon", however she never called us back.
