Nichole was assigned to me for post op wound care and a variety of conditions I was experiencing. She is a true professional as her style of care put me at ease and confident in her abilities. She always says what her course of action will be then does what she set out to do. I am very appreciative for her efforts and Ascension would do well to utilize Nichole as an asset in a trainer capacity as she is a excellent example of home nursing.

My father was in the Ascension at Home/Compassus program until his passing in March, 2025. In January, 2025, his nurse had him transported to Ascension via ambulance as they inserted his catheter incorrectly and he was in extreme pain. I am continuing to receive invoices from the ambulance transport as well as invoices from Ascension for his visit to the ER that day. Compassus is responsible for all medical charges relating to the illness/diagnosis he received from the hospital upon entering hospice. We have made repeated ca... read more

My nurse Angela RN comes every six weeks to change my super pubic catheter. She is very kind compassionate and knowledgeable. She makes me feel very at ease. Anytime there has been an issue with my tube, she helps me remain calm and focused on the problem. She follows up with me as needed. It's nice to know I have her in my corner. She is a valuable asset to ascension at home.
