My mom has been using this company for about 6 weeks. They have repeatedly left her without someone to help her shower. She has a broken neck and has also had a stroke 40 years ago and can’t use her left arm. So 2 times during the hot summer they left her over a week no shower and then her physical therapist said she can just do it herself. Not professional and not happy at all. Just finding this out about the second week no shower today and it is what prompted me to make this review.
