They charge $5,000 for an unattended sleep study and I had to pay $756 after insurance. They give you a device that is super old, insane. The bill originally came in as "Other Diagnostic Services" I had to call the billing office to get an itemized bill sent to me from Missouri, Which then just says Sleep Study, Unattended. The guy also warned me my account is aging and I will go to collections when I asked for an itemized bill if I do not pay. Okay..? I have almost a month to pay? Go somewhere else.
Don't go here for a sleep study unless you're sure your insurance covers it 100%. They charge 9x what the most expensive sleep studies charge and even with insurance i had to pay 3x what other expensive sleep studies charge. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Total insurance scam medical center. Was completely ignored when I requested a review of the charges. Didn't even have the decency to respond. Completely classless organization. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
I was kinda skeptical about what I was walking into honestly felt like a hotel when I saw the room I had Patrica she was amazing with answering any questions and made the process very smooth I'd recommend this location very glad I finally got it done
The one and only good thing to say about Ascension Alexian Brothers - Sleep Care facility is the young woman who was assigned to me. Sleep studies require a patient to be subjected to uncomfortable sensors and electrodes and there is nothing in the bedrooms that provide the least bit of comfort let alone a relaxed sleeping environment. The bedrooms in the Ascension Alexian Brothers - Sleep Care facility could easily be used as locations for a horror film.
