5-Stars is not enough. A couple years ago, Austin (Owner) walked me through a fix on the phone in the middle of summer that fixed my problem immediately. This year, I needed a new system in which his pricing was hands down the best around. IF YOU want an honest, hard working HVAC owner/technician full of integrity and cares about your needs, this should be your go to place. I truly can not say enough to explain the service I received. My family and I came home from a vacation out of state, on a Sunday, after 5pm, and to a house with the HVAC display "blank" and unresponsive. I called Ascension Air Con and the owner picked up immediately, and he walked me through some troubleshooting procedures. After some quick and easy walk-through of my system he immediately diagnosed the issue. He walked me through how to resolve my issues all the while being friendly and professional!
