Avoid this company at all costs. This is such a scam it isn't funny. 4 times they have changed my appointment in the last 6 months. They never answer their phones they get back to you by text whenever the desire strikes them. I went for 3 months without hearing a word from them, then when it came to taking my money, they had no problem getting to me and thanking me for it. As of this date (12/12/2025), I have still not had the sensor installed. All the hype and none of the substance.

I have been working with Jen Paoletti Diabetes Therapy Associate since last year December to get CGM placed. My insurance approved in December. Jen decided to schedule me an appointment with a clinic over an hour from my home after I was told I could get installed at a doctor closer to my home. I asked for a new appointment locally but Jen pushed for me to see a clinic out of the way. Forced to buy the new meter because the new strips don’t work with my old one. Supposed to be improved app connected to collect data on my phone, alas the meter was never able to connect to the app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After 6 or 7 “troubleshooting” calls from customer support they were still unable to connect it. Their Bluetooth firmware or app sucks and makes it no better than my old meter except I had to spend money buy this junk when I already had perfectly working device.
