At 5 PM today, I used the elevator emergency phone to call Ascenseurs Allard. I made it clear to them I was trapped in the elevator. They said they'd 'pass the info along to a technician', but refused to give me any information other than that. Half an hour later, I called again, and again both at both 1 hour and 1.5 hours.
