Ordered a part before Christmas. Provided CC & address and was told it would be drop shipped direct to me by Leeboy via UPS Ground. That did not happen. Turns out, it wasn't ordered with Leeboy until I called asking where it was the following week. Was told they accidentally shipped it to their location and that they would be happy to ship it out at no cost when it arrived on Monday.
