I had a great experience in working at Ascendo Resources. The Managing Director is one of the best there is. He is genuine and cares about the people that work for Ascendo - either through contract, contract to hire, or direct hiring positions. Ascendo is a great place of business to work for that cares.
They are very bias and dont give good people a chance
I wish I could give them ZERO STARS, but I guess Google feels sorry for them. I was given multiple interviews and told to lie on my resume. Which, obviously, didn't work. Lying is not the way to go. They are a complete waste of time and they will blame you if you don't get a job. I believe they get paid just to set up interviews and waste your gas money and time. I've never had much luck working with recruiters because of the lack of communication. I was contacted by a recruiter here who assured me he was very big on communication and would find something for me. After going in to meet with him to discuss the opportunities he thought I'd be great for I never heard anything from him. I have contacted him twice with no response. It has been almost a month.
If you're looking for a career and not just a job I would highly recommend contacting Ascendo Resources. I met with Executive Recruiter, Kerry McJunkin Melker about a year ago and she made me feel like family and not just a candidate.
