All of the reviews seem to be written by owners or employers - well here is one by a realtor of 30 years. They were the worst I have ever dealt with. It says in these reviews that someone named "Dan" is competent, but he is the only one we never dealt with. Anthony Knight screamed at my client at closing and said, "I have hundreds of companies and I am doing a favor because I know the owner of the property". After 30 years in the business, this was the worst title experience ever. I did not choose them. They showed up 1 hour late, put 2x the deposit on their form and then tried to blame the lender, and then the lender got on the phone while we were waiting for them to show up and screamed at my Buyer on the phone. Keep in mind that every other company closes by mail during this time, but they said they don't know how to use DocuSign and were "doing us a favor".....gee - I guess the other companies who know how to close without... read more
