This company is a fraud they will take you money every month and not pay a claim when it’s in your policy I had a truck burn to the ground on nov 27 of 2024 and they just denied the claim today I wouldn’t do any business with this company unless you want to lose and give them free money every month I’m reporting them to the state for fraud and I hope you guys do as well we need to shut this company down
I would leave a bad review here, but what would be the point? We the rating like 1.4 stars, the writing is on the wall.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. My claims adjuster Nikky Jean simply ignores me for days and weeks on end. They have made me jump through every hoop possible to make paying the claim out as difficult as can be. The only way we’ve ever gotten anything accomplished is through threatening legal action for their negligence. If you’re ever in an accident, hope that whoever hit you is not covered by them.
No very friendly in not saying this because I'm black but maybe it's their policy to not pay out when they are clearly at fault . And for the ones that have insurance with them I want to inform you of a loophole you can have someone work for you but don't put them on the insurance policy and you won't have to pay if they have any accidents I have never heard of that but I always say you learn something new everyday
Try to avoid at all costs. This is the worst insurance i have dealt with. Impossible to find anyone to help you. More than a month to get my vehicle fixed. Thry Never return a call. I have been calling every day ,leaving voicemails for weeks. There should be 0 stars. Terrible
