I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ascend Wellness. From start to finish, their service was marked by misrepresentation, poor communication, and an overall lack of professionalism. Used Cryo for the first time. Friendly and a beautiful location. Definitely recommend. Great place to get some recovery
I purchased a package voucher through the Vagaro app. I wasnt able to use it as I was visiting Savannah and I don't live there. The refund policy is not provided anywhere and I have contacted them several times but Ive been denied a refund or even a written refund policy. They just tell me the vouchers have no expiration.
