My girlfriend and I went in for the 30 min. Sensory Deprivation Chamber session, and Holy crap was this an amazing experience! I highly recommend going in with total darkness, and the ear plugs. Don't forget to breathe deeply through your nose as you're floating!
I had a really disappointing experience with Ascend Wellness. Booking a cold plunge through their platform was a nightmare. The system was so glitchy it took me nearly half an hour and multiple attempts just to complete the process. I never received a confirmation email, and it turned out my booking wasn’t even properly secured.
