I had a really disappointing experience with Ascend Wellness. Booking a cold plunge through their platform was a nightmare. The system was so glitchy it took me nearly half an hour and multiple attempts just to complete the process. I never received a confirmation email, and it turned out my booking wasn’t even properly secured. My girlfriend and I went in for the 30 min. Sensory Deprivation Chamber session, and Holy crap was this an amazing experience! I highly recommend going in with total darkness, and the ear plugs. Don't forget to breathe deeply through your nose as you're floating!

Just an amazing float experience. The place is impeccably clean and the owner is such a nice person. Can’t go wrong here.
I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Ascend Wellness. Nate and Jess have only treated me right and gone over and beyond in my treatment plan care and genuine consistency and support. I’m forever greatful and I’ll only go to their stores for all things health and nutrition. Let’s go 2025!
