I scheduled a VO2 max testing with Dr. Rob Amrine and it was worth every penny. I was referred to him by my naturopath who I visit for long term health. The results of the test were interpreted by Dr. Amrine in a very easy way for me to understand and process. I now have a very good metric of where my current health is, and will use this for my training in running and biking as well. The facilities were very clean and cutting edge. I had an excellent experience here getting fitted to my road bike. Dr. Amrine listened to my goals carefully, explained all the changes we made thoroughly, and made me feel so much more comfortable on my bike. The technology he uses is very cutting edge and makes the whole experience driven by data, not just feeling. I’d absolutely recommend this service and this practice overall!
Doc Rob Amrine is the real deal. You can tell right away that he is an athlete and actually understands what active people deal with. Rob actually takes his time with you, listens, and gives real answers. He keeps up with the latest research and brings it into every appointment. And because he’s an athlete himself, he knows exactly what he’s talking about. Actually, he’s also way more of an athlete than I am, but that's a reasonably low bar.
