Looks so nice but it's not, struggle with mold and they force you to pay for services you can't even get I wish I never signed this lease they price gouge you on non optional things you can't even access and there's random holes in my flooring I hate this place never reassigning my lease here and you shouldn't bother either. Edit: trash is left like the other review states because the company they hired finds any bs reason to not take trash and it's a constant complaint and they can randomly choose to fine you for it anyways... read more
Pegie Black is an excellent Property Manager! She is professional, friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She is also an amazing golf cart driver! Her positive attitude and great personality make every experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Went to this apartment complex with my daughter and I cannot express enough how nice and professional Maria and her staff was. I am so happy my daughter chose to live here. Her Apartment is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful.
Great experience with Maria! 10/10 would recommend. She was very patient and kind during the whole process. I started looking at this complex last year around October!! & it is now July and I’m thankful she stayed consistent and connected with me. Also her assistant with the glasses is very helpful! Together they made the transition very smoothly!
I’m not one to usually leave reviews or make comments online, but I wanted to acknowledge the staff. Pegie, Krista, my newfound friend MARIA and the maintenance staff. My husband and I randomly popped up for a tour and was greeted immediately by Maria. I apologized for not setting an appointment first and then was greeted by Krista and Pegie.
