I wanted to update my review to thank Pegie, Krista, and Maria for making this a wonderful living experience. I love my apartment and my community and could not be happier to call Discovery home! Writing to let you know that Sean came to my apartment to fix closet rack, he came & fixed it quickly and neatly. I appreciate the Great job he did.
2026 Update: If I could give this community more stars, I absolutely would! We’ve been living here for two years now, and the best thing that could’ve happened to this neighborhood was ZRS management taking over. When we first moved in, we were excited about the community itself—but let’s be honest, a management company can truly make or break a place. Since ZRS stepped in, the difference has been incredible. Living at Discovery at Space Coast was ultimately a disappointment. At first glance, the property presents itself well. The model units and common areas give a positive initial impression. However, that appearance is misleading. The overall construction and finishes inside the apartment are clearly low-grade and budget driven. Many materials feel inexpensive, and the build quality reflects that. The entrance gate malfunctioned for months at a time, and the delivery access screen was frequently out of service.
