Went to this apartment complex with my daughter and I cannot express enough how nice and professional Maria and her staff was. I am so happy my daughter chose to live here. Her Apartment is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful.
Great experience with Maria! 10/10 would recommend. She was very patient and kind during the whole process. I started looking at this complex last year around October!! & it is now July and I’m thankful she stayed consistent and connected with me. Also her assistant with the glasses is very helpful! Together they made the transition very smoothly!
I’m not one to usually leave reviews or make comments online, but I wanted to acknowledge the staff. Pegie, Krista, my newfound friend MARIA and the maintenance staff. My husband and I randomly popped up for a tour and was greeted immediately by Maria. I apologized for not setting an appointment first and then was greeted by Krista and Pegie. if I could give zero stars I would , now that I’ve moved out I can express exactly how I feel .. please if you can avoid moving here please do , do not move to any ZRS properties.. the leasing agents here are passive aggressive they don’t care about their residents and will charge you ridiculous fees if you let them . The safety is terrible here ..the gates rarely work …the water smells like rotten eggs it’s hard stained .. ☆☆☆☆ (0 stars if I could) Save your money and RUN. I lived here for over a year, and from the very first day, it was a disaster. When I arrived to move in, management didn’t even seem to know I was moving in. The apartment was not properly prepared, was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked like nobody had bothered to inspect it before handing over the keys. The problems only got worse from there.
