I gave it one star because there is no other choice, I had an appointment and showed up early to find out it was canceled by them and they came up with some lame excuse that I booked the wrong service and I didn’t confirm which I did and how they know it was wrong service anyway why cancel and not call the client! Very unprofessional and obviously they don’t like money cause I would have paid whatever to get my extensions in . This was my 2nd visit to the salon. I highly recommend this place. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and made me feel comfortable . I highly recommend Zakeya. She did box braids for me. Her work is amazing. She payed close attention to details when she braided my hair.She is gentle and takes great pride in her work. Thank you Zakeya. I received so many compliments. I’m definitely going back again

Very professional salon, with a very friendly staff. I received so many compliments on my hairstyle. I couldn’t help but tell people where to go to get the same wonderful treatment. Ladies, no need to go to Philly anymore!
