I have been going to Mena for almost a month with a lingering shoulder injury. Since working with Mena I have seen a tremendous improvement in both strength and mobility. She is extremely knowledgeable, cares about her clients and tackles the issue from all angles. Her approach not only helps fix the issue but makes sure it's gone for good! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is dealing with pain/discomfort or for those who need a jump start to maintaining better health.

My son had a great experience with Wesley and Mena. They did whole body assessment and did appropriate treatment for my son. After treatment my son was feeling great and no pain. Strongly recommend ASCEND Rehabilitation Collective.
Mena is extremely knowledgable, professional, compassionate and has helped me out of pain through thorough treatment plans and assessments. The location is amazing with a gym inside with the ability work on exercises that promote mobility and strength to affected areas.
