If you call and ask for Josh you will be instantly comfortable and in the hands of someone kind. He is the best to work with and the best to hang around even if it’s just over the phone! He has a genuine passion for helping people and makes me want to trust the precious people we care for in the hands of the people HE trusts. Ascend is a versatile organizational brand offering an array of services for both mental health and addiction. It’s a solid choice if you are looking for a space of healing and grace.
The staff was great even though they are all highly overworked, and the management team is slightly disorganized. Overall the only way that I can see Ascend recovery working for anyone is if they grab their soberity and work it for themselves and utilize the staff for their own needs, otherwise they are just keeping you away from your preferred substances for the 30 days.
