Called today to book in my first appointment. Receptionist is amazing ! Will update stars after appointment if needed, but I get the feeling this place deserves the 5 stars. X
UPDATE: I have been seeing Jenny for 4 years now without her I would not be here today and for that I am forever grateful. Note: the building is located next to St John’s Cathedral in Centennial Square. I was referred to Jenny by my GP after unsuccessfully attempts with my 2 previous psychologists. When I first booked there was a month wait. But thankfully there was a cancellation and was able to attend sooner. After attending my first session the month wait would have been worth it. Jenny is young and dumb i would not recommend her very unprofessional and dishonest does not care at all about her clients who need help
I wish I could share a positive review on this business but unfortunately the experience me and my partner had was nothing short of atrocious. I am completely aware of the stress we are all under as workers in this current climate. However, there is absolutely no excuse for pure slackness, complete lack of communication and correspondence and no appropriate organisation for appointments.
