I emailed Ben after finding him online when doing research on formal diagnosis for my suspected ADHD. He was quick to reply, professional, and friendly in his responses. He explained his process very clearly and made me feel comfortable asking questions and being very open. Ben is an absolutely incredible therapist. I’ve had 6 therapists in my life and none were more helpful than Ben. He has a perfect balance of objective logic and genuine sensitivity. He carries no judgement. I often found that he had many simple yet impactful analogies that helped me deal with anxieties very quickly, almost in the moment. He is brilliant, quick on his feet, and well rounded. Just give him a shot. You won’t be disappointed
