Slooooow to fill prescription. Had to call them the first time after they had charged me for it days prior and still not shipment info. They said oh yeah its been ready we will ship it now. So it sat there for days and had I not called I guess would not have been shipped. Second time I am still waiting for it. I tried but I am not able to reach them either by text or phone.
I am extremely disappointed and concerned with this pharmacy’s conduct. They have repeatedly sent me medications I did not request or authorize, clearly with the intention of billing my insurance for unnecessary prescriptions. This is not just bad service — it's unethical and potentially fraudulent.
I’ve gotten my prescriptions from here twice, first time took about a week, the send time it got here in 2 days. Customer service is nice and helpful.
My Dr recommended Ascend Pharmacy. Paid for order 12/19/24,today 1/1/25 still haven't received my order. Guess they are just another SCAM!!
