I came in for a French manicure with regular polish and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine and lasted well, though the tip line was thicker than I'd have liked and my tech only checked in after finishing my pinky toe, so I felt too awkward to say anything by then. The manicure was less good. I asked to keep my nails long and just file them, but was told they needed to be cut to half length for the French (still not sure why). I never write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. Best salon in Seattle—hands down. From the front desk to the nail techs, everyone is incredibly kind and talented, and every visit is relaxing. I see Helena, and let me tell you she is so talented with nail art and has an amazing eye for color. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. I’m so grateful for her and the entire team. It pains me to write this review because I have been going here for years. I got a gel manicure last Friday. The front desk girls were nice. The initial first half of my appointment was fine. Things shifted towards the second half of my appointment. I accidentally dipped my hands back in water after my nails were filed and buffed. Bit expensive and the time they advertise in their website does not match reality. But overall the experience is very good.
First time getting my nails done is years and it went well! Lily was my nail tech and she did a great job. Making an appointment online prior to visit was easy, I was seen on time, and was out within the hour. The place itself was very clean and open. Happy with my nails! :)
