Ascend takes the time to listen and learn how to best help you. They have a knowledgeable and respectful staff. I've never had a bad experience.
Overall, the staff here have been really nice and helpful. I understand it is busy, but shoot, I can’t get a hold of anyone in the testing center. I was told that someone would call me with a quote from my insurance and then get me scheduled. Two months go by (again, I know they are busy and I trusted they’d get back to me) and haven’t heard back. Update (changed from 1 to 4): Someone did acknowledge their promise and reassured my partner that she will be taken care of at her earliest convenience. We appreciate the sense of urgency for care and accountability so hopefully after our experience, the rating will increase to 5 Old comment: Horrible front desk and admin management. I've had medication management with Ascend for about a year now and they've been absolutely wonderful. The front office staff is kind and patient, scheduling and rescheduling has always been painless, and the personal care from the providers has been brilliant. They really listen and want to work with you.
