I've had medication management with Ascend for about a year now and they've been absolutely wonderful. The front office staff is kind and patient, scheduling and rescheduling has always been painless, and the personal care from the providers has been brilliant. They really listen and want to work with you.
Edit: kudos to whoever changed the recording to 48 hours. Still, more staff would be amazing. Added a star. I have been a patient here for several years and have had mostly a good experience. Had a rough go a week ago with communication which was made worse with the short staffing in terms of nurses who can contact patients back. It is truly frustrating and unbelievable that there is one nurse expected to answer for five separate doctors. Ascend was very easy to schedule with. They were very discrete. Dr. Habibi was very thorough in both asking questions and explaining different interventions and medications to me. I recommend all my friends and family go to Ascend!
