I feel so grateful to have been referred to Ascend Medical. I had a fall that resulted in a broken ankle, my first broken bone ever! I had no idea where to start or what I needed. Stopping into Ascend was a blessing. Jackie was so kind and got me set up with a cute knee scooter and voila, I was able to be more mobile and use both hands. With a 5 year old, what a gift that was. This business and its employees were very helpful in helping us rectify an insurance issue that would have cost us hundreds of dollars. I’m very grateful to them for working with us. Gus is a stand up guy who does the right thing. A very rare thing to find in the medical field these days!

The first one scooter we were rented didn't have the safety lock; the second one the wheels were wore down, it was wobbly and the brakes and locking mechanism did not work sufficiently causing me to fall trying to get on it twice; and after agreeing to replace it with a new one, we went to their facility right before one of my followup doctor appointments as we live in Twin Falls, not Boise, we got to their door and there was a note saying they closed early. Not impressed.
