I highly recommend Katie and Ascend Physical Therapy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and great at working with youth, combining expertise, compassion, and a personalized approach that makes every session both effective and encouraging. Katie takes the time to understand individual goals and tailors treatment plans that lead to real, lasting progress. Thanks to her support and guidance, we’ve seen significant improvement.
Katie is wonderful. She fit me in quickly and helped me. She explained why she was giving me the exercises she was assigning. I highly recommend Ascend Physical Therapy.
If I could post 20 ⭐️’s I would. Katie is a phenomenal PT and by far the best yoga instructor for someone who is trying to integrate balance and calm to their lives. Her attention to everyone’s needs and health of their body is of utmost importance to her and you can tell with her instruction. I love yoga with Katie, it’s one of my favorite parts of my week.
Katie was excellent in helping me with my vertigo. She was very knowledgeable in techniques that would help me feel better. She gave me great information to bring home to practice. I would highly recommend Katie.
