Dear Ascend, I was skeptical at first. I thought it was something for only Walt Disney like the folklore. I must admit I thought I was going to end up like Han Solo. I’m getting results I want. I’ve lost weight and lost all the pain I originally had in my joints. The personal training at Ascend Life & Body has been so helpful. Especially being an ex-pro athlete. I realize I spent almost all my life doing exercises wrong. I do things right now. When I’m in the gym, I am more conscious of what my body responds to. The biggest concern for me was the possibility of me not fitting in the machine. That I was able to get in and not have any issues gave me peace of mind and comfort. Three minutes is a lot quicker than I thought it would be. Ascend is an intimate environment compared to a typical gym atmosphere. I like the personalized attention that I receive. Dear Ascend, The first service I tried at Ascend was Cryotherapy. The cold I experienced was not the cold I anticipated. For example, it was not much of a shock. When I tell people I do this, the first thing they say is that it is too cold. I really don’t think it is at all. I liked it enough to do the Red-Light Therapy & IV Infusions as well.
