If you need hospice for a loved one don't use Ascend in Massachusetts. The visits were sparse and rushed with RN. The aid was never present since they said my mom was in a nursing home & they had aids. The day my mom died the RN had been there in the morning and my family was told another RN would come later in the day. The RN called and said she was busy doing an admission and would be there by 6.
